How to Join the Club:

 

NOTE: This form should ONLY be filled out ONCE. If you filled it out already DO NOT fill it out again. Email us at suncityholdem@gmail.com with any questions.

1) Fill out the required info - name, email, phone, sun city ID#. NOTE: If you are signing up 2 people, each person MUST have a different EMAIL address.

2) Return to this page and click the “Pay Here” link to pay $5 membership dues.

3) After we receive your payment, within 24 hours, you will then get an email to setup a password for our site using the email you just signed up with.

4) Once you have setup your password, please click "Log In" on the Home Page. Log in with your email and password. The site should remember your log in for the next time.

Once you do all this, you will be added to the email list that goes out every Wednesday to sign up for the following Monday game. It's first come first serve - first 60 people to sign up.
